Is the $7.95 package enough for my website?
- Most websites average at about 20-30 Mb. We're giving you 1000Mb. Simply stated, the standard hosting plan will be able to support just about any normal users website. Also, we're giving you 20,000 Mb Bandwidth. A file that is 20k large (bigger then most pages), can be downloaded from your site roughly 1,020,000 times. Almost every website will not get that many hits.

Can I resell my web space?
- At Volknet.com Web Hosting because the prices we offer, we do NOT allow you to resell your web space. Each web space is for one client only. Also you cannot give free space away.

Do You offer Telnet and SSH?
-Telnet and SSH are in 99% of the cases not needed. Although upon special request we may or may not allow it, its generally better if everyone does not have access due to security reasons.

Is your mail compatible with outlook [Express]?
- Yes. If you prefer to use outlook or outlook express you can. If you prefer not to and use web mail, we also provide that!

If I need more space/Bandwidth, is it available?
-Yes, if needed contact us through an email with a request and we will provide more for a small fee.

Can You design my site for me? I don't have much money.
- YES! Volknet.com knows how expensive web design can be. That's why we taken it into our own hands to design a FULL 6 page website for you for only $300! That's 1/6 the price of some competitors! We can afford to charge that little because you will select a web site template (from our large selection) and then we will modify and create your website based off that template! Domain Questions

If I've registered a Domain someone where else, do I have to pay money again?
- Basically, we charge 10.00 for you to transfer a domain. The process can sometimes take a good amount of manual labor and that's why we have to charge.

Why do I have to check to see if my domain is available?
-Domain names are world wide registered names. Each one is unique and because of this, our servers must ensure that your domain name isn't taken by another company before we allow you to register that domain.

Is there a difference between .com/.net/.org etc?
- Yes. Volknet.com is different then Volknet.net and that's different from Volknet.org. So if the domain name you want is unavailable, try another extension (.com/.net/.org) first.
